APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Initial Consultations: $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking for all Initial/Case Review or Establish Care visits (not applied to visit fee).
 

All other appointments: $50 deposit or payment in full required at booking to be applied towards visit fee.
 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits and appointment fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
 

No-show policy: Patients who miss their Initial Consultation without notifying our office before the appointment time will be charged the full $275.
