 Note- I will order all labs needed and some labs will not be covered by insurance but we will work together to make it financially approachable. Please send beforehand any current or pertinent medical records including your most recent lab records if they are less than 6 months old. You will be given the time to share your concerns that possibly haven't been addressed with your current primary provider.

Cancer is scary.  We are here to support your journey throughout this health crisis.  In this appointment we will discuss holistic remedies to use to optimize your nutrition, and ensure your detox pathways are open so that you can utilize as an add on to your current regimen with your current oncologist.

This appointment is only for patients who have come through a cancer consult initially.
3 rounds of frequency, 3 rounds of wraps, 20 minute weekly consult. To be used alongside conventional treatments/oncology to optimize detox pathways and bodies innate ability to rid itself of toxins.  

EMDR FOR TRAUMA AND ANXIETY
Are there specific traumatic or challenging experiences from your past that are still keeping you from being present?

After a few therapy sessions, we can establish if EMDR is appropriate for you or not.  EMDR can help you unlock and reprocess those experiences from the past that are currently holding you back. This process generally works within a few sessions and does not require a lot of talking or dwelling on the past. Majority of people using this technique have been amazed at how quickly it has reduced the intensity of their feelings, thoughts and memories about a painful event.

 How Do I Know If I’m A Candidate For This? While EMDR does almost seem like magic to some people, the fact is, it’s pretty intense. We’re opening up a previously locked file with a lot of painful images, thoughts, feelings and body sensations attached. As a result, it’s important that we meet first and assess together your readiness to engage in this. Some people are at a place where they’re ready to jump right in, others require more time and some traditional therapy to prepare them ahead of time.

How it works:
?All sauna visits must be scheduled and paid for in advance. It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled time. Your sauna time begins when you are scheduled, not when you arrive. 

My theory for counseling is an integrative approach which includes client-centered, emotionally focused, and evidence based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-centered, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Therapy.

Anthony is a Human Movement Specialist. He  is a certified Pediatric Posture Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist #1408.  

He currently helps patients on Tuesdays with all of their muscular and postural imbalances with hopes of moving in to a full time position.
