This is your initial consultation and includes a comprehensive review of your health history and a strategic action plan. We'll discuss your performance and wellness goals, concerns and develop a strategic plan tailored to those specific objectives. You'll leave the consultation with a detailed lifestyle medicine plan, including appropriate handouts, links to recommended resources, customized 7-day nutrition and suggested lifestyle enhancements and possible supplements to help you achieve your wellness goals. We will also explore our available wellness plans, including a 3-month partnership or non-member scheduling at your discretion.
This follow-up visit concentrates on celebrating your successes and addressing any challenges you face in maintaining your wellness on the road. These sessions provide ongoing education in optimal lifestyle medicine practices, helping you stay healthy while driving. By maintaining steady progress, you can achieve your goals of improving your blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, sleep, mindfulness, overall well-being and enhancing the chances of passing your DOT physicals.
This follow-up visit is available for individuals not enrolled in a plan or partnership and can be scheduled at your discretion. During these sessions, we celebrate your successes and tackle any challenges you face in maintaining your wellness on the road.
