15-minute "FREE" Discovery Call.
This is a one-time FREE discovery call. A credit card is required to hold your time slot. A $50 hold will be placed on your card and released immediately after the Discovery Call Visit. If we are a great fit and decide to work together the $50 fee is deducted from the service fee. If you no-show, miss or fail to give us 24 hour proper cancel notice we will charge the $50 fee.

During this Discovery call for Coaching or Consulting, we'll discuss:

1) What you're going through or what you need.
2) How you've tried to address your concerns in the past.
3) If you're looking for Personal or Professional Performance and Wellness improvement consulting, we'll explore your goals and needs.

Do not complete any health, medical history forms or medication list at this time if you are seeking a health analysis. You will complete this information after we perform the analysis. Our state-of-the-art technology will provide insights into what you have been, are currently experiencing and potential outcomes according to changes. Once the analysis is complete, you will only need to confirm the results and your experiences. This process demonstrates the accuracy and objectivity of our assessment—without relying on prior medical or health history. Bonus Savings: Includes optional starter plan prescription care.
Cancelation Policy & Procedure: Due to high demand for our functional medicine consultations and the extensive preparation involved, we kindly request that all initial consultations be cancelled or rescheduled at least 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment. Please note that failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $850, as we reserve significant time to review intake forms, analyze background information, and prepare for your visit. This policy helps us maintain the quality of care and service provided to each client.
