$25 No Show Fee and/or cancellation less than 24 hours from appointment time. This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appt. After 3 No-Shows, we will discharged from the practice. ALL appointments are VIDEO appointments on Spruce unless discussed with provider or assistant.
