Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time. However, members are required to provide at least 7 days notice before the start of the next billing cycle to cancel their membership.

For new patients with no major medical issues. This service includes 4 prescriptions - 90 days supply. A full-time payment is required at the time of booking.

For established, non DPC members, f/u visit
