Second appointment (60 minutes) to present and collaborate on the health plan.
Third appointment (30-60 minutes) to check-in on progress and answer any questions.

Here's how it ?typically looks:
  1. Schedule the ND/ Nutrition New Client Package.
  2. After scheduling, you will receive an email with logon information to the client portal. Here you will find consent forms and questionnaires that should be filled out at least 2 days prior to the appointment time. This is so we have time to review the information. Expect this to take about an hour of your time to complete the forms. Please also upload any documents that support diagnoses, labs, and other tests so we can do a complete evaluation. You may also receive an email to create an account in Cronometer for food diary information. If requested, please provide 4 days of food and drink intake.
  3. First visit: Expect this appointment to last about two hours. We want to get a thorough understanding of your history, lifestyle, concerns and goals. We’ll use the information you provided ahead of time to help guide the direction of questions for this meeting. It’s a lot of talking, so bring your favorite drink to quench your thirst. We have a few options available too. We will also take vitals and do a physical exam that is pertinent to your health and goals.
  4. After the initial visit, we compile all of the information into a health timeline, lab tracking spreadsheet, supplement ingredient table, medication/supplement interactions, diet/nutrient evaluation (if a diet diary was provided) and develop a draft version of a Health Optimization Plan.
  5. Second visit: Usually about an hour. Presentation, discussion, and collaboration of the draft Health Optimization Plan.
  6. After the second visit: This is a good time to thoroughly read the draft Health Optimization Plan, consider what resonates with you and write down the questions you may have. Possibly start implementing some of the strategies.
  7. Third visit: Use this 1 hour visit however you would like. It is often used to answer questions about the Health Optimization Plan you thought of after reading it more thoroughly, discuss any changes since our last visit, and make adjustments. Other options for this visit include using it as the first follow-up visit, or for one of our therapeutic services such as constitutional hydrotherapy, sauna/Plunge, red light, NST, etc…
You receive a written comprehensive plan including any pertinent handouts and demonstrations of therapies in your plan.
For clients that want to continue care on an as-needed basis, we meet to review progress, answer questions, adjust goals and change the plan as appropriate.
For clients with an active Health Optimization Plan, this is a check-in to review progress and answer questions.
