We will have you fill out some consents, come into our office with your medical history knowledge, get a body composition with Carly and Alison, get labs as needed, go over goals, receive tracking application and supplement recommendations and medications as prescribed by Carly.

This will be your initial hormone assessment: Carly will meet with you and assess your history in detail. We will go over your symptoms and order appropriate lab assessment. The initial consultation fee includes follow up visit to go over lab results and possible treatment options
