Welcome to Aspect Wellness online scheduling platform. 

All new medical patients will start with an initial consultation visit. If you are here for coaching, you will schedule only the initial appointment for your package. 

Initial medical consultations will ideally be done in person. During the consultation visit, a thorough history will be obtained, initial body composition testing will be done if appropriate and a plan of care will be recommended. 


Follow - up appointments can be done in person or via telehealth. 

All coaching appointments are done via telehealth. 

Telehealth laws require that the patient be in the state of Florida or Iowa at the time of the medical check-in. This does not apply to coaching visits. 

In person visits are done inside Calla Ink & Aesthetics: 5454 Lena Rd, Ste 104. Bradenton, Florida. 

We require a $50 deposit for your New Patient Consultation.

Follow-up visits will usually take place using our secure telehealth platform. We may be reviewing labs, or ordering medication. We will be checking in on your progress and adjusting your plan accordingly. Please plan to be in a quiet location where you can focus on your health. If you are driving, please pull over to conduct the telehealth call. 
One-time body composition test + results interpretation. 

If you have dieted in the past, especially using a "skinny shot" or GLP-1 medication like ozempic (semaglutide) or wegovy, you may need to evaluate your skeletal muscle mass to be sure you have not lost too much muscle putting at risk of weight regain and sarcopenia. 

If you are working to gain muscle and want to establish a baseline or check-in on your progress, this is the test you need. 

This is a no obligation, stand-alone visit. You must plan to be fasting when you come for your appointment. 
This will be your first appointment. We will conduct a thorough review of your concerns and complete medical history, physical exam and body composition testing and you will receive a detailed report of the testing. You will leave with a very targeted plan for how you can begin to improve your hormonal and metabolic health. 
This is a stand alone visit - However, if you choose to proceed with a membership plan, we will discuss your options.

You will receive an email confirmation upon booking your appointment. It will provide you with a link to our patient portal so that you can access and fill out your intake paperwork. 

Not sure what coaching is all about? Try us on for size with this 45 min stand-alone telehealth session. You will meet with an experienced weight loss coach who will help you: 
-Identify your big health goals
-Hone in on your barriers, and 
-Set specific actionable goals to get you moving!

Our mind is our greatest asset and often our biggest barrier. 
Choose this appointment type if you are seeking hormonal evaluation and management. 

You will receive a confirmation email with links to several questionnaires to complete prior to your first appointment.

If you need a longer commitment but do not want group coaching. 

60-minute intake coaching call to set your priority goals.
You will meet with your personal coach twice a month for 45 min each time. That is 5.5 hours of coaching!

Access to your coach via texting app between appointments

If you already have the knowledge, tools and resources, and simply need our world-class coaching techniques to provide you with high-level accountability in order to work around some very specific barriers - this is your package.  

You will schedule your initial visit now and take advantage of the Jump Start package savings. 

3 sessions, 30 minutes each
You are motivated to work hard but want to be sure you are working in the right direction. 
You know how to follow a plan and be consistent. 
You are not ready to commit to working with me but want some feedback on how you are doing on your own. 

This is your opportunity to get some coaching input from my years of experience in helping men and women breakthrough their weight  loss plateaus and feel dramatically better. 

You will be provided with an extensive questionnaire to fill out that I will personally review to audit your nutrition and lifestyle for any recommended changes. 

I will email you a concise action plan both video recorded and written within 72 hours. 


If you have more than 20 pounds to lose, you will need a longer commitment.
