This phone appointment is both for people who want to just learn more about the weight loss program, as well as for those who are interested in starting the weight loss program with us.  

We are now requiring all new patients to start with this appointment prior to signing up for a start-up session. 

One the day of your scheduled call, WE WILL CALL YOU to briefly discuss the program, options,  and fees, as well as answer any other questions you may have. 
If you decide to schedule a start-up session, we can assist you at the time of this call. 

By requiring all patients to start with this appointment we are able to:

• Screen & help patients decide if this program is the right fit for them.
• Order patient specific compounded prescription medications prior to their start-up session, if needed.
• Ensure that patients have checked with their medical insurance prior to starting with us to see if they have prescription coverage for commercially available weight loss medications.
• Discuss our fees and approximate program costs.
• Discuss PRE start-up visit requirements.

We understand that this is a big investment. We want to make sure we are being fully transparent with everyone, and that you are completely comfortable with your decision to join us in our medical weight loss program before you spend a dime!

Please understand that regardless of cost of services (free phone call) ALL "NO CALL, NO-SHOW" appointments will incur a $50 fee for taking and not utilizing an appointment slot.
