This visit is to discuss your concerns about a skin or nail condition. Fee includes the medical visit and specially compounded medication that may be prescribed. A deposit of $50 taken at the time of scheduling is required and will be used toward the total cost of medical service.
This telehealth visit is the same as the office visit but conducted virtually (on your phone, laptop or ipad) in the comfort of your own home. Your practitioner will send you a link at the scheduled time.

Botox treatment: BOTOX® Cosmetic is the first and only?FDA-approved treatment to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet lines, forehead lines and now moderate to severevertical bands of the neck and jaw in adults. Should you elect to move forward, a follow-up in-person office visit will be required within one month. This virtual appointment connects you with our Nurse Practitioner to review your medical history. This essential step ensures your safety and helps us identify any potential contraindications. During this secure video call, we will discuss your health and medications (as applicable) to determine your suitability for the desired treatment. Upon successful completion of this video clearance, you will be able to book your aesthetic procedure.
