The $175 initial consultation fee can be applied to any treatment plan or medication.
Labs Required: New labs must be completed prior to starting any treatment. If for any reason your lab results or medical history precludes you from treatment, $50 of your consultation fee will be refunded.
During initial consultation, we will complete a detailed and thorough review of your medical history, order labs, complete a physical exam (in office appointments only) and take your vital signs. Then, we will determine if any further testing is needed. Finally, we will formulate your customized treatment plan with your goals in mind - to get you on the road to the best you.
