Please select the duration of your appointment based on your health history and the number of concerns you wish to address. At Cache Health, we are dedicated to maintaining punctuality. Appointments will adhere strictly to the scheduled time.

A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to the cost of your visit. This deposit is refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Appointment confirmations, forms, results, and other communications will be sent via email. Please remember to check your spam folder.

Telehealth visits are available exclusively for residents of Utah

Missionary Physicals (30 minutes - in person only) 30 Min $ 60.00

At Cache Health, we offer comprehensive missionary physicals to ensure you are fit and ready for your mission. Our thorough evaluations include a detailed review of your medical history, a physical examination, and any necessary tests. We aim to provide you with the health clearance you need to embark on your mission with confidence and peace of mind.
Cost of TB skin test and labs are included in total price.

Scout Physical (15 minutes - in person only) 15 Min $ 30.00

For those participating in scouting activities, we offer scout physicals to ensure you are fit and ready for all the adventures ahead. Our exams meet the necessary requirements for scouting programs and provide a comprehensive assessment of your overall health and fitness.

Sports Physicals (15 minutes - in person only) 15 Min $ 30.00

Participating in sports requires good health and physical readiness. Our sports physicals are designed to evaluate your fitness level, identify any potential issues that could affect your performance, and ensure you are safe to participate in athletic activities. These exams are essential for preventing injuries and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
