1. First filter by provider to choose from Dr. Sulley M.D, board certified psychiatrist, or Mrs. Princess PMHNP-BC.

2. If you are a previous patient of Mrs. Princess', please use the "Follow Up" Prompt.

3. If you are an established patient with Iyali Mental Wellness, use the "Already a Client" prompt on the registration page.

4. A card may be required to be saved on-file to book your appointment NOTICE: You will NOT be charged at this time. The card is saved as part of registration.
