Location Requirement: Patients must be physically present in the state of Washington on the day of their appointment to participate in these virtual visits.

Adult-Only Services: Our practice is dedicated to providing care exclusively for adult patients. We are unable to accommodate pediatric or adolescent patients at this time.

Payment and Booking Policy: Full payment is required to schedule an appointment, which must be made via debit or credit card. Appointments can only be booked at least 2 days in advance. We understand that this represents an investment in your health, and we appreciate your commitment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will unfortunately not qualify for a refund. This policy helps ensure that all patients have access to available appointments, as we value your time and the time of others.
Missed Appointment Fee
This office requires 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your new patient or initial visit and 24-hour notice if you cannot keep your follow-up or routine visit. If you miss an appointment or fail to give sufficient notice, you will be charged the full amount for that missed appointment. This payment is expected before any further treatment is provided, or supplements can be purchased.

Appointments can be scheduled up to three months in advance. If our bookings are full, but we urge you to join our waitlist.
