Step 1 Of 3

We look forward to working with you!

A Few Important Things To Note:

If you are a prospective patient and have questions about our medicine or our practitioners, please contact us. We would be happy to have a short 15-20 minute conversation to see if what we offer here is a good fit for you.

We do not accept health insurance, but will be happy to provide you with a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your plan. We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash. We also accept all HSA and FSA funds, though we cannot guarantee that all HSA/FSA funds will be approved. Call your insurance or HSA/FSA provider ahead of time and ask them if they will allow for acupuncture care.

A credit card on file is required, and you will be asked to provide one in order to schedule an appointment. If you wish to use a different form of payment please let us know at your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer the open time to another patient or client. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment we will charge 50% of the visit fee, based on the appointment you had scheduled. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge 100% of the visit fee. For complementary visits, we will charge you a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

We understand that life happens, and you may have unexpected events that prevent you from making it to your appointment. We are happy to waive any cancellation fee for accidents and emergencies. Please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If you have any questions please contact us.
