This is a virtual appointment with Traci, our licensed provider, to discuss your weight loss goals and explore prescription-based treatment options.

**Please note:  This is a $75.00 non-refundable deposit, required to secure your appointment. If you cancel or do not show (virtually), the deposit will not be refunded. This fee covers the consultation only. However, if you choose to proceed with treatment day of appointment, the $75 will be applied toward the cost of your prescribed medication.
