APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY

We greatly appreciate all of our customers at Tyler Weight Loss Clinic, LLC and do our best to provide quality care.  All appts require a $25 non-refundable deposit.  Deposits will go towards the cost of service.  This will be deducted from your remaining balance, which is due at the time of your visit. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or if you are a no-show.
