This service includes an in-person urgent care visit with the provider after standard business hours or on the weekend. Cost includes assessment and treatment plan by provider. If lab orders, referrals or prescription medications are given that will incur an additional cost. 

This is for patients who already have an active membership and have already had an initial visit. This will be a follow up visit.
