Once reviewed, email us at [email protected] to ask any questions & get scheduled with Angela or Karen for your intake call. During this call, we will review your intakes, establish you within our clinic, discuss goals, and order your foundational assessment labs (either cash pay or processed through your insurance).
When labs are completed, you will then have a in depth foundational assessment visit Deziree Worster, FNP-C, Bioidentical Hormone Specialist & Integrative Medicine Specialist and get started on the right program for you.
