As a direct pay practice, we do not accept insurance. Insurance covers sick care, we focus on providing care to keep you healthy and well. We are able to offer Medical Weight Loss, Bioidentical Hormones for Women and Testosterone therapy for Men, DOT physicals, Sports physicals and sick visits for uncomplicated illnesses. Our prices vary depending on the service but we are happy to discuss at our free consultation.
If you don't see a time that works for you, I do offer appointments outside of the times shown on my booking portal, on an individual basis. Please email, text or call me if you require an appointment after hours. Telehealth is offered for weight loss, Womens health and some sick visits. Testosterone has to be in person for the first visit. DOT and sports physicals also require face to face visits.
