Please take note of the following when scheduling yourself for a hijama/wet cupping session:
 
1)    You should be FASTING from solid food (avoid a full/ heavy meal ) for THREE hours before the appointment . Liquids, water, or light snacks are okay.
 
2)    If female, you should not be pregnant or on your period.
 
 
3)    If  you plan on having more than 9 cups done or on having more than one body area done, you may need extra time. There will be an extra charge for extra cups and the need to do extra body areas and re-positioning my take extra time
