We require 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you miss an appointment, fail to give sufficient notice, or arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged $50 for that missed appointment.
If you get an error message when confirming your appointment, the most common reason is that the billing address you entered does not match what your bank has on file for your card. Please double check this.
