A major credit card is required when making an appointment. The credit card held on file will NOT be charged unless there is a cancellation without 24 hours notice, or a copay is required by insurance. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before hand. Otherwise you will be charged $100 for the missed session and may be charged for the full rate of the session.
