**PLEASE NOTE: A credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking. We do not take insurance. Forms of payment include credit/debit cards or cash(exact change only). We will only obtain payment at the time of service. Please check the service you are selecting and associated fees.
If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you fail to complete your intake paperwork at least 4 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 convenience fee. If you choose to reschedule, the fee will still be charged, but will be deducted from your service at the time of your rebooking.

We will obtain a full payment at the time of service. A deposit of $50 will be taken from your credit card at the time of booking, this will go towards the cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your appointment but will be credited towards the full payment at the time of the appointment. All cards on file are added to the system via secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
