By scheduling an appointment with Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC you agree to pay the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled. A credit or debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. A friendly staff member will contact you to collect card information within 24 hrs of scheduling, if a card is not saved on file.
Luxe Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC requires at least 24 hour advance notice of cancellation. You will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee if you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours of its scheduled time. No shows will be charged a $50 fee.
Some services require a $50 deposit. The deposit will be used towards treatment, unless you no show or cancel less than 24hrs; in this case, deposit will not be refunded.
