1. Schedule Your Complimentary Discovery Call (New Patients Only) – All new patients are required to complete a free discovery phone call before booking an in-person or telehealth visit. This ensures we understand your needs and determine the best service for you.

• After booking, you will receive a confirmation with details on scheduling this call.
• If the discovery call is not completed, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

2. Select Your Service – Choose the treatment that best fits your needs, such as IV hydration, weight loss consultation, or a specialized injection.

3. Choose a Date & Time – Select an available appointment that works for you. If your preferred time is unavailable, please call our office for assistance.

4. Complete Patient Intake Forms – You will receive a secure link via email/text to complete required forms before your visit. These must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid delays.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy – A credit or debit card on file be required to confirm your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. Prepare for Your Visit –

• Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
• Bring a valid photo ID and any relevant medical history or medications list.
• Telehealth visits require a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
