Once we have confirmed your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please ensure that labs are complete within three days after your visit to ensure adequate feedback.

Please be advised that unless you are enrolled in a membership plan, you are to book the "Patient Drop-In" visit. If you are a returning customer with no membership, you are to book the "Established Patient" visit. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us via the contact portal. Looking forward to working with you!! Please allow up to 48 hours to provide you with your individualized wellness plan, as we do put in a lot of time and effort into each patient enrolled. Again, we are a cash-based/Self-Pay company. However, a superbill will be provided for individuals who are interested in submitting the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are not responsible for the submission of claims. When booking appointments please be advised that you are agreeing to pay a $50 deposit fee for all cancellations made after  the 24-hour mark, which will be billed to the credit card on file. If payment is returned, we will allow you up to 30 days to pay the required amount before sending it through collections, unless discussed with the provider.

1. Step 1: Click on "Online Booking"
2. Step two: Find the services that meets your needs
3. Step three: Click the "Select" button.
4. Step four: Choose the service and select "Proceed" 
5. Step five: Click the available time and complete the registration form
6. Step six: Wait for your confirmation email
