Follow-Up Appointment (No Labs to Review)
This appointment is a brief follow-up or check-in, with no labs being reviewed.
If your appointment is under 15 minutes, the visit may be prorated (see rates below).
Please note: If additional items are requested after the visit (e.g., a lab order, prescription, or letter), the higher prorated rate will apply.

Follow-Up Rates (No Labs to review)

0–5 minutes: $65–$100
6–10 minutes: $125–$150
11–15 minutes: $175–$200
16–20 minutes: $225
21–30 minutes: $250
31–40 minutes: $275
41–60 minutes: $300

Testosterone prescriptions incur an additional $25 fee.
If you are on a GLP-1, and we need to review your dose at your appointment, there is is an additional $50 fee
Appointments that exceed 60 minutes will be charged $40 per 10 minutes over (prorated to time used)

Insurance Reimbursement
If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able to submit your receipt and a claim form for possible reimbursement.
Video appointments have a higher likelihood of being reimbursed by insurance compared to phone visits.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A $75 fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed (no-show) appointments.
