• Same-Day Appointments: We offer same-day and next-day appointments based on availability. If you don’t see your desired time, feel free to call us at (813) 419-7911 for assistance.
• Consultation Requirement: For some services, such as Hormone Optimization or Functional Medicine Programs, a free discovery call may be required before booking a full consultation.
• Cancellation Policy: To avoid any fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Insurance: We offer affordable cash-pay services, and we do not bill insurance at this time. However, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
• Preparation: Please come prepared with any necessary medical history, documentation, or current medications, particularly for services like DOT physicals and weight loss consultations.
