At ANM Health LLC, we believe in collaborative, judgment-free mental health care that’s as unique as you are. Led by our psychiatric nurse practitioner, Ashleigh McDonnell, we provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation.

We offer both in-person (limited availability) and virtual services—because getting the care you need should fit into your life, not the other way around! Ashleigh takes a patient-first approach, fostering a safe, supportive environment where your voice is heard and your well-being is prioritized.

Before You Book: Please Read

New Patients → Select Initial Psychiatric Evaluation based on your session preference and availability (in-person or telehealth).  Once confirmed by our team, you’ll receive intake paperwork via email. This must be completed 48 hours before your appointment, or your appointment may be canceled.

Existing Patients → Choose a follow-up visit based on your session preference and availability (in-person or telehealth).

Insurance & Payment → We accept most major insurances. If we are not in-network, we will contact you with a cost estimate and resources. Out-of-pocket payments are due at the time of service.

Card on File Policy → We require an active debit or credit card on file. If a card is not on file 24 hours before your appointment, your appointment may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy → Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Crisis Services → We do NOT offer crisis services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

Controlled Substances Policy →

• Controlled substance prescriptions are at the provider’s discretion and based on a thorough evaluation.

• Patients prescribed controlled substances are required to attend in-person appointments at certain intervals to comply with DEA regulations.
