Appointment Cancellation Fee Policy:
We understand that life can get busy, but we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an available slot.

Cancellation Fee without Notice: $25
If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not cancel at 24 hours prior to you appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file or applied to your account. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.
