Start with a consultation with a healthcare provider to ensure this treatment aligns with your needs and goals. In this consultation, we will discuss behavioral and lifestyle modifications like diet and exercise while undergoing GLP-1 weight loss injections +/- Nutritional Replacement to ensure you maintain a solid healthy core while reducing your caloric intake.

Please bring all your medications to ensure accuracy during the visit as Dr. Jack Mutnick will bring 20+ years of knowledge in both Internal Medicine and Allergy/Asthma to discuss your overall health and make recommendations on Medication management for your chronic medical conditions including sending medications to your pharmacy with refills, referrals to specialists, and imaging as needed.

During the visit, Dr. Mutnick will ask about your current and past medical history including surgical history, medication(s), social history, review your current medications (if patient brings to visit), and make recommendations with prescriptions sent to your pharmacy if requested.

No Forms will be completed during this visit.

Please bring all your medications to ensure accuracy during the visit as Dr. Jack Mutnick will bring 20+ years of knowledge in both Internal Medicine and Allergy/Asthma to discuss your overall health and make recommendations on Nutritional Support, Vitamin/Mineral Implementation and Amino Acids that your body is missing.

During the visit, Dr. Mutnick will complete ONE County Specific Document for the patient, if needed (eg.. Special Diet, Medical Opinion Form, Adult Daycare, etc...).
