Please note, this practice is in-network with several commercial insurance plans, however if your plan is out-of-network, the self-pay fees are as follows: Sarah Early, Integrative Functional Health Consult - $300 per visit, Mary Bailey Nutrition Consult - $300 per visit, and Craniosacral Therapy - $105 per session.
We require a credit card to be on file in order to guarantee all appointments. There are no charges applied to the credit card unless the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hour's notice. There will be a $100 late cancellation and/or No Show Fee applied.
