Due to the nature of our concierge service, exact appointment times cannot be guaranteed.
 Timing depends on the duration of prior visits, and location.
Your appointment request is not confirmed until a nurse from our practice contacts you with a 
confirmation text.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we coordinate your at-home visit.

Payment and Confirmation:
 
Full payment is required before the appointment date to secure your spot.
For first-time IV infusion appointments, a $30 Telehealth charge may apply at the discretion of 
the treating nurse.
 
Location and Distance:
 
Service Area:
 We serve locations within a 40-mile radius of Worcester, MA.
We do service all of Central Massachusetts all the way to Boston, but travel beyond 40 miles incurs 
an additional charge.
 
 
Excess Mileage Fee:
A surcharge of $0.59 per mile applies for travel beyond the 40-mile radius.
 
Additional Charges:
Infectious Surcharge: A $50 surcharge will be applied to cover PPE expenses and additional
 decontamination time if we visit locations with potential exposure to infectious diseases.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty (full refund issued).
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service,
 charged to the credit card on file.
 
No-Show Policy:
no-show occurs if you are not present when the nurse arrives and cannot be contacted within 10 minutes.
Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service, with no refunds.
 
Extra Time Fee:
Standard vitamin infusions (1 liter): 1-hour time limit.
Adding an extra IV bag: Extends to 1.5 hours.
NAD+ treatments: 3-hour time limit.
Any time beyond these limits will incur a $75 fee, provided the nurse’s schedule allows for an extension.
If the nurse’s schedule does not permit an extension, the infusion will be stopped at the 
originally scheduled end time.
