Restrictions or deprivation
Anything else other than delicious meals to improve your health

***Any remaining part of the proceeds will go to Swimming to Survive a nonprofit organization that donates free survival swim lessons to children along the MS Gulf Coast.

What to bring- 1 bag of organic bread flour (you will need 4 cups), wooden spoon, a LARGE BOWL, and a (1 cup & 1/2 cup) measuring cup. ***bring gluten free flour if you requested gluten free starter
If something comes up and you can’t make it, let me know by Tuesday morning. We will pour off the "starts" so we need a pretty accurate head count!
