Rebecca's journey into the world of yoga began over a decade ago when she discovered the profound impact it had on her own physical and mental well-being. Motivated by her personal transformation, she embarked on a journey of deepening her practice and sharing its benefits with others. She pursued formal training and became a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in 2021, solidifying her commitment to guiding others on their own paths toward self-discovery and healing. She is also currently pursuing a Children’s Yoga Instructor Certification and her 500-hour RYT. In 2022, she founded My Essential Yoga that offers a diverse range of classes including Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Chair Yoga, both in person and online. Rebecca’s approach goes beyond the physical aspects, delving into the mental and emotional benefits of yoga practice. Her classes are a harmonious blend of easy-to-follow instructions, a variety of modifications, and a wealth of knowledge, making each session a transformative and inclusive experience.
Sarah DeLarco is a 200-hour certified Yoga instructor, Yin Yoga instructor, and Reiki Master. Her one-hour long VinYin Yoga class combines gentle Vinyasa flow with sustained, deep Yin postures to release, restore, and align our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
